植物抗逆与分子进化研究组 (草种种质资源创新组)
> 研究领域

  研究组主要从事MAPK信号转导与冷季型草坪草多重抗逆尤其是耐热性研究。冷季型草坪草是一种非常优秀的园艺地被作物,是城市园林绿化不可缺少的材料。冷季型草坪草多重抗逆性尤其是耐热性对其夏天越夏能力及保持一年四季常绿非常重要。研究目标是培育华东地区一年四季常绿的冷季型草坪草新品种。

> 目前主要研究内容

主要研究内容包括以下三个方面:1)建立了以MAPK信号转导为基础的从禾本科抗逆植物资源到多重抗逆基因资源的单细胞筛选系统;2)通过单细胞筛选系统等,初步建立了MAPK信号转导多重抗逆基因作用网络并对其基因家族进行分子进化分析。3)建立了冷季型草坪草多重抗逆及获得性耐热性遗传及表观遗传研究体系。下一步工作拟开展MAPK信号转导在冷季型草坪草多重抗逆及获得性耐热性中的作用。

  储昭庆,博士,研究员。1995年毕业于安徽师范大学生物系,同年考入华东师范大学生物系并联合培养于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所植物分子遗传国家重点试验室,1998年继续于植物分子遗传国家重点试验室攻读博士学位,于2001年获得博士学位。2001年加入新加坡分子农业研究院/淡马锡生命科学研究院从事植物发育和抗逆的博士后研究工作。2004年加入新加坡基因组研究所从事逆境条件下系统生物学及比较功能基因组学研究。2009年加入新加坡国立大学生物化学系,主要从事逆境条件下的表观遗传学研究。2011年加入上海辰山植物园(中科院上海辰山植物科学研究中心),任植物抗逆与分子进化研究组组长。 

  迄今已发表论文30余篇,其中主要论文发表在的DNA research,BMC Genomics, Mol Genet Genomics, Plant Physiology, Molecular Biology of the Cell, Molecular and Cellular Biology,Nature等著名杂志上。申请发明专利两项,其中一项获得“上海市优秀发明选拔赛职工技术创新银奖”。获留学回国人员基金和中国科学院科发委基金项目资助。
